高速水（shuǐ）墨（mò）印刷機

5.所有輥（gǔn）、軸類內孔均進（jìn）行切（qiē）削加工，保證壁厚（hòu）均勻（yún）一致（zhì）、確保高速運轉時平穩可靠；在加工過程中，經過多次調質處理消除（chú）應力變化，通過磨削加工後表麵（miàn）進行鍍層保護。

6.應用免鍵（jiàn）連接器，消除傳統連（lián）接（jiē）所產生的間隙，保持（chí）機器（qì）印刷套色長期精準。

送（sòng）紙部（bù）功能：

1.機械控製前緣進紙機構，具有響應速度快、定位精度高、係統穩定好、使用（yòng）壽命長等特點，保證了機器長期使用穩定性(可選伺服)。

2.用電子凸輪替代複雜的機械凸（tū）輪（lún）控製，輸紙輪軸與電機軸采用同步帶連接，消除了送紙輪工（gōng）作中的所有間隙，有效提高送紙精準度，並可避免紙板左右跑偏（piān）現象。

3.真空吸輔風量變頻調節；設置連（lián）續輸送和隔張（zhāng）送紙（zhǐ）功（gōng）能；設置上吸塵除屑機構，並可自動進行風量調整。

4.采用獨特的快換式半輪（lún）結構，使進紙輪（lún）圓麵磨損均勻一致，保證送紙位置的長（zhǎng）期一致性；更（gèng）換膠輪（lún）時隻須直接卸裝，方便、快捷減少輔助時間，使機器使用更安全、經濟。

5.可設定訂單數（shù）量，完成後自動停止進（jìn）紙輸送；左（zuǒ）右擋板、後擋板工作位置電動調整，自動側齊紙工作頻率可任意設置；能實現同自動上料機之間聯動工作。

印刷部功能：

1.觸摸屏、電動按鈕（niǔ）雙係統控製印刷相位、軸向位置；印版輥具有（yǒu）擦版（bǎn）記憶自動複位功（gōng）能。

2.操（cāo）作部設置墨輥及墨泵（bèng）啟、停功能；每色組設（shè）置急停（tíng）保護開關。

3.網紋輥送紙部聯（lián）動升降工作，著墨時同印版間隙電動調整；印版輥同走（zǒu）紙吸風箱壓力電（diàn）動調整（zhěng），並可（kě）以分別調整風量設定。

4.膠輥勻墨係（xì）統（tǒng）采用新型（xíng）工藝（yì），在確（què）保（bǎo）實地印刷（shuā）同時兼（jiān）容六十線以上的高網點印刷。

5.可選配密封腔雙刮刀勻（yún）墨機構，采用（yòng）整體型勻墨防滲柴置，避免工作時油墨外濫；其特殊割刀（dāo）角度（dù）讓勻墨轉移更理想，可輕鬆實現100線網點印刷（shuā），並可延長割刀和網（wǎng）紋輥的使用壽命。

6.印刷相位附電磁離（lí）合（hé）器（qì）製動機構，機台分離時可自動鎖住齒輪位置，防（fáng）止印版輥零位丟失。

7.印版部裝置電動腳踩開關（guān），可快速掛版、調整，方便換版和擦洗（xǐ）工作。

開槽部功能：

1.人機界麵和電動按鈕（niǔ）調整雙係統操作，可完成開精箱高、相位、軸向移（yí）動調整（zhěng）。

3.包裹了憂（yōu）質聚氮脂的壓線上輪，保證了紙（zhǐ）板硬度免遭破壞。

4.設（shè）置同步聯動電動軸向移動（dòng），使上下壓線輪、上下開槽刀盤、導（dǎo）向輪同步進行凋整；自潤耐磨（mó）導（dǎo）向機（jī）構，保證了移位長（zhǎng）期正確和提（tí）高耐用度。

5.壓線輪（lún）軸、開（kāi）槽輪軸選用優質合金鋼（gāng），經表麵研磨（mó）加工後鍍（dù）硬鉻處理；分別經過粗、精兩台動平衡設備上進行校正，保證找到最佳平衡點。

6.選用（yòng）優質合金鋼開槽刀，齒形刀刃寬度為7mm。
